    Job description

    Hallcon is a transportation and related infrastructure services company that serves clients such as technology companies, manufacturers, railroads, universities, corporate business parks, hospitals, airports, public transportation networks and more.
    Hallcon provides essential services spanning multi-modal operations, integrated command centers, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, technology integration, analytics, business intelligence, fleet management, specialty cleaning, and overall rider experience performance. We are inviting the right leader to join our team and help us drive rapid growth.
    The Role
    The Supervisor supports daily transportation operations by serving as a central point of communication between customers, drivers, maintenance, and management. This role involves monitoring events, logging and filtering information for reporting, tracking ridership data, and handling various administrative tasks. The Supervisor ensures that all activities are documented accurately, communicated clearly, and handled promptly.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Coordinate daily operations by working with Operations Managers and drivers, ensuring professional communication across all levels.
    • Manage yard logistics, including assigning parking stalls and electric bus chargers, and working with the maintenance team to schedule bus repairs and preventative maintenance.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers reporting events, incidents, or emergencies, responding quickly and appropriately with sound judgment.
    • Document and manage all incidents and customer complaints per client standards, escalating complex issues as necessary.
    • Prepare and distribute time-sensitive client reports, filtering daily events into concise, actionable information.
    • Perform essential administrative duties, including manual data entry, record keeping, and tracking daily ridership data.
    • Utilize Excel and Outlook for all operational reporting, scheduling, and correspondence needs.

    • Ensure safety and compliance by performing field inspections (bus and driver), auditing driver vehicle inspection reports, and driver daily run reports.
    • Key responsibilities are subject to change based on evolving business needs.
    • Serve as back up driver in the event business and staffing needs require a backup driver.
    • Knowledgeable of DOT regulations.

    Qualifications, Experience and Education
    • Possession of Commercial Driver License (CDL) B with Airbrake and Passenger Endorsement
    • Must have a minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience
    • Must have and maintain a current DOT Medical Certificate
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Quick decision-making ability under pressure.
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
    • Experience in an office or operations setting preferred.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Prior experience in transportation, dispatch, or a similar administrative role is an asset.
