Who we want
A qualified scheduler with a minimum of 10 years' experience and a bachelor's degree. Must understand the logic relationships between the various components of turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will have a fundamental understanding of design, process design, procurement, processing, packaging, material handling and building systems. This candidate will need the ability to generate schedules using process flow diagrams (PFDs), process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) as well as traditional construction documents. Once a general construction sequence is established, this candidate will need to possess the leadership skills to communicate and implement the approach across all project workstreams.
Must be technically capable and experienced in the use of the most recent version(s) of Microsoft Project and Primavera. Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheets, software and e-mail. The selected candidate will have excellent communication skills. Must be physically present in the Lexington office.

Qualifications
What we expect
  • Responsible for providing schedule preparation, communication, review, validation and interpretation during the design, construction, commissioning and start-up of multiple manufacturing projects.
  • Responsible for ensuring that schedules are produced, maintained, updated and issued on a regular basis during the duration of the projects.
  • Responsible for monitoring trends and alerting management as to possible, both positive and negative, effects of those trends.
  • Required to travel to jobsites as necessary.
