Job description

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Data Analyst to lead development of data strategy. This position will be located in Fort Meaded, MD and will be an onsite position.
Responsibilities
The Data Analyst leads development of the data strategy that transforms autonomous pentesting outputs into structured, contextualized datasets suitable for AI training and advanced analytics. This role defines data taxonomies, metadata requirements, labeling approaches, and governance considerations to ensure collected data is representative, comparable, and usable across diverse environments. The Data Analyst ensures data collected during IOC will support future AI development without loss of analytic fidelity.
  • Develop data taxonomies, metadata, and labeling strategies
  • Ensure consistency and representativeness across datasets
  • Support governance and data quality planning

Qualifications
High School with 10+ years (or commensurate experience)
Required Skills and Experience
  • Clearance Required: TS/SCI CI Poly
  • 10 yrs experience in data analysis, analytics strategy, or data governance
  • Familiarity with large-scale or heterogeneous datasets
  • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II (Sec+CE, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security, etc)
