Retail Store Generalist
This position is responsible for working on the sales floor and/or production area.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Learn and perform all Cashier and Production Associate functions in the retail store
- Provide back-up support in all areas for vacations/staff shortages
- Provide excellent service to customers, donors, fellow associates and participants
- May act as key holder if required
- Participate in the new hire onboarding process as necessary
- Make decisions on product quality and price items accordingly; researching value as necessary
- Meet or exceed the attendance expectations for this position
- Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of employees, customers, and participants
- Other duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements
- GED or High School Diploma preferred
- Knowledge of Computer applications preferred
- Previous cashier, customer service, production, retail experience required

Physical Demands
Medium Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Involves walking or standing most of the time with a degree of pushing and pulling.
Work Environment
Moderate Occasionally exposed to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise fumes, dust, etc.)
