Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role, as well as qualifications such as education, training, specialty, and/or experience, along with the geographic location where the work will be performed. For providers only, in no case shall compensation exceed fair market value.
