The Senior Trader has a highly visible role within Genworth's Investments organization as a key market-facing partner for the public credit portfolio. What you will be doing

  • Mentor team members and help develop market judgment, execution discipline, and trading workflow ownership.
  • Adhere to applicable risk, compliance, accounting, and operational policies and procedures.

  • Exercise integrity and sound business judgment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and leadership traits to assist with the daily operation of an organization
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and accurately complete them in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent written / verbal communications skills and the ability to present effectively to leadership at the skip level
  • Strong functional capability with Bloomberg and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
