- Support the development and execution of category sourcing and procurement strategies.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and align procurement solutions accordingly.
- Assist with sourcing events, RFx development, bid analysis, supplier evaluations, and contract implementation.
- Support supplier negotiations to achieve optimal pricing, service, quality, and contractual terms.
- Track, validate, and report procurement savings and value creation initiatives.
- Help improve procurement processes, policies, and e-procurement capabilities to increase efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve procurement-related issues and ensure continuity of service.
- Maintain supplier and contract data accuracy within procurement systems and reporting tools.
- Research and implement procurement best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience and Skills You'll Need to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Finance.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, finance, or related analytical roles.
- Experience supporting sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract administration preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting spend, financial data, or large data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing methodologies, and supplier management practices.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills.
