Standard Hours: 40.00

Shift: Shift 1

Shift Details: 0800-1630, M-F

Job Summary:

Supports leadership at a Director level with administrative functions; including, but no limited to: calendar management, meeting minutes, itineraries, travel accommodations, and drafting leader communications. Creates spreadsheets, reports, presentations, agendas and correspondence. Uses discretion in handling confidential information, reception of guests, screening of calls, and assistance with special projects. Duties may vary by leader.

    EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

    A minimum of 2 years of Administrative Assistant or a minimum of 5 years of Secretarial experience.

    EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

    High School diploma or equivalent is required.

    SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

    Ability to use discretion with handling sensitive information. Competence in the use and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
