Regional Operations Manager


Position Summary


The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility while driving strategic initiatives that support operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. This role provides leadership across warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, quality, safety, and process improvement. Working closely with cross-functional leadership, the Operations Manager develops and implements strategies that improve efficiency, strengthen employee performance, enhance customer service, and support long-term business objectives.


Key Responsibilities


  • We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate across all levels of the organization—someone who is comfortable sitting in a room with VP-level employees and can also step into the warehouse and operate a forklift.
  • Minimum 5+ years leading operations, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or service teams with direct responsibility for people, performance, and business results.
  • Proven track record of driving safety programs, leading investigations, conducting audits, and building a strong safety culture in an industrial environment.
  • Experience managing warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, shipping/receiving, material handling, and on-time delivery performance.
  • Strong ability to leverage ERP systems, Excel, KPIs, and operational metrics to improve efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity. Advanced Excel skills are highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success coaching employees, holding teams accountable, developing talent, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes
