  • Associate Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of leadership & receiving experience in a highvolume hubStrong communication with vendors, logistics teams, coworkers, and management
  • Regular use of email/phone; strong hearing/vision to process documents & discussions
  • Ability to stand/move 50% of the time, plus sit for computer work as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs regularly and push/pull up to 150 lbs
  • Excellent manual dexterity and comfort with office equipment
  • Strong math, organizational, computer, and system skills
  • Experience with shipping/receiving/inventory software preferred
  • Selfstarter mentality with minimal supervision needed

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR RECEIVING MANAGER?

As our Receiving Manager, you'll be at the center of operations in a highvolume distribution hub. You'll guide a team of associates, build trust, and create an environment where everyone succeeds.

Your day may include:

  • Keeping precise records of employee attendance and performance
  • Scheduling and staffing based on business needs
  • Setting daily goals - and helping your team achieve them
  • Hiring, training, and onboarding new associates
  • Coaching, evaluating, rewarding, and developing staff
  • Addressing concerns, resolving challenges, and supporting your team
  • Managing material flow from receiving to storage to production
  • Ensuring inbound freight is unloaded on time
  • Maximizing space through organized storage systems
  • Upholding quality standards across the facility
  • Leading HR functions, including staffing, corrective action, and performance reviews
  • Guiding leadership staff to maintain efficient product flow
