Job Summary
As a Sales Manager, you will provide the support Sales Counselors need to maximize their potential and reach or exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. The most rewarding aspect of this role is that you will be developing the sales team by leveraging their strengths and honing their skills to exceed expectations.

These skills will be used to:ย
- Contribute to the organization's profitability by hiring, training, and developing Sales Counselors that will generate and maximize new home sales in key locations.
- Assist Sales Counselors in generating and maximizing new home sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage Sales Counselors' marketing plans, traffic-generating activities, and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Provide continued education and training to Sales Counselors
- Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly and annual basis.
Additional Qualifications:
- New Home Sales and leadership experience, required.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Psychology.
- Ability to travel or relocate to new or growing markets is a plus.
Physical demands and work environment:
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and walk on various types of terrain, including uneven surfaces, construction sites, and residential properties that may have mud, ruts, etc.
- Must be able to utilize sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) and technology (i.e. cellphone) to effectively communicate with other Associates and customers.
- Must be able to perform movements such as bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, grasping, etc.
- Must have the ability to climb permanent stairs, temporary stairs, and ladders.
- Must have the physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as lifting approximately 50 lbs. unassisted throughout the workday.
- Must be able to endure and be exposed to different types of conditions, including weather (heat, cold, rain, ice, etc.) and substances such as dust, dirt, and fumes.
- Must be able to properly use and wear protective gear provided including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel toed shoes, etc.
