Experience: 2+ years of property management experience (ideally with single-family homes).
Property & Lease Management: Ability to show properties, manage tenant relations, and handle lease administration (signings, renewals, move-ins/outs).
Maintenance Coordination: Experience troubleshooting basic property issues, sourcing quotes, and scheduling contractors/handymen.
Light Bookkeeping: Comfort with tracking rent collections, managing minor expenses, and processing invoices.
Computer & Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency with standard digital tools (Google Workspace, MS Office) and digital file organization.
Social Media Advertising: Comfort creating and promoting rental listings on social media platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, etc.).
Property Management Software (Plus): Prior experience with Yardi or similar software (AppFolio, Buildium, etc.) is highly preferred but not required.
Project Management (Plus): Strong organizational skills to oversee property turnovers and minor renovation projects.
Personal Assistant Capabilities: Willingness to run local errands (picking up supplies, key drops, post office runs) and handle miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Reliable Transportation: Must possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle to travel from the office to nearby properties.
