Job Summary

First National Bank of Pandora is seeking a friendly and dependable Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while processing financial transactions, assisting customers with their banking needs, and helping build lasting relationships within the communities we serve. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
  • Assist customers with account questions and basic banking services
  • Identify customer needs and refer appropriate bank products and services
  • Resolve customer concerns while providing outstanding service
  • Support daily branch operations and maintain an organized work area

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Prior experience in banking, retail, cash handling, or a professional office environment preferred
