Material Handler – 1st Shift

Nesco Resource is partnering with an established printing and marketing company that serves nationally recognized retailers, universities, hospitality organizations, and Fortune 500 companies. We are looking for a dependable Material Handler to join the 1st Shift team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a stable company that values hard work, teamwork, and internal growth.

Position Summary

As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in supporting production by ensuring materials are delivered to the appropriate workstations, staging areas remain organized, and machine operators have the supplies they need to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities
  • Pull and deliver materials for production jobs to the appropriate machines.
  • Transport finished products to the next stage of production.
  • Move recyclable materials to designated staging areas.
  • Stretch-wrap completed mailing skids after production.
  • Organize and maintain mail supplies and staging areas.
  • Keep corrugated materials organized and stocked.
  • Assist machine operators and other team members as needed.
  • Monitor and report inventory needs for production supplies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all company safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous material handling experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and excellent work ethic.
  • Ability to frequently bend, kneel, reach, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for 8–10 hours during a shift.
