Salary Range: Average first-year agents gross $175-$280K per year with bonuses.

What You'll Do:

  • Build, manage, and grow your own Farmers Insurance agency
  • Provide insurance solutions to clients including auto, home, life, and commercial policies
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Hire and manage a team (optional)
  • Create lasting relationships in your community as a trusted advisor
