Position Summary
The Retail Sales Associate is expected to meet and exceed location sales goals, oversee retail operations, and provide a world-class shopping experience to our customers. The Retail Sales Associate will assist customers with sales and questions concerning all ZAGG products. The Sales Associate will perform installations of all ZAGG protection products as requested. With multiple product awards, ZAGG is the industry leader in screen protection with our world-renowned InvisibleShield products and mobile Bluetooth® keyboards. We also offer top-selling personal audio products with our fun and playful iFrogz brand. The Retail Sales Associate will be a proud champion of ZAGG's products and culture.
Retail Channel Partners is the Master Franchisor for ZAGG retail stores; managing, owning, and operating stores across the US and CAN. ZAGG is the industry leader in screen protection with their world-renowned InvisibleShield products, Gear4 cases, mophie power, and mobile Bluetooth® keyboards. The Store Manager will be a proud champion of both RCP and ZAGG's culture.
What You'll Need to Be Successful
80% Retail Sales
  • Greet and assist customers with the purchase of all Zagg products and upselling
  • Must have regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all Zagg branded products
  • Help customers make the best-informed decisions concerning ZAGG products
  • Assist customers with the purchase of all ZAGG-branded products
  • Provide professional installation of Zagg protection products on customer's electronic devices
  • Troubleshooting customers's devices as it relates to ZAGG product

10% Inventory Management and Store Operations
  • Assist with inventory counts
  • Keep store clean, stocked and well organized both front of house and back of house

10% Other Duties as Assigned

  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (part-time hours)
  • Outgoing, friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Must be highly motivated and driven
  • Represent ZAGG in a positive and professional manner

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience in a retail or similar sales environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Managerial experience preferred
  • ZAGG product knowledge preferred
