Are you passionate about guiding new business owners toward lasting success? Farmers Insurance District 40 is seeking a driven and strategic New Agency Business Advisor to mentor and support emerging agency owners as they lay the groundwork for sustainable growth.
As a New Agency Business Advisor, you will become a trusted partner to new agency owners, helping them craft strong business plans, develop effective sales strategies, and implement best practices. This influential role allows you to shape the future of multiple start-up agencies while advancing your own leadership career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track early agency performance, conduct regular reviews, and deliver targeted coaching for faster growth
  • Recommend operational enhancements, technology solutions, and optimized business processes
  • Train agency owners on Farmers products, underwriting guidelines, and emerging industry trends
  • Mentor and advise new agency owners, helping them overcome challenges and achieve long-term success

What We're Looking For
We're searching for a proactive leader with a passion for coaching and a genuine commitment to helping others thrive.
  • 2+ years of experience in business consulting, sales leadership, or agency operations
  • Sharp analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on results
  • Outstanding communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adept at managing several agency partnerships at once
  • Insurance experience and active P&C or Life & Health licenses (required)
