Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of 8-12+ years in executive-level B2B sales roles, with significant experience as an individual contributor driving new business.
  • Demonstrated expertise in executive selling, account growth, and successfully closing complex deals.
  • A history of consistent quota attainment and driving significant revenue generation.
  • Exceptional strategic planning, pipeline management, and sales forecasting abilities.
  • Superior negotiation skills and a natural talent for building and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM software to manage sales activities and client interactions efficiently.
  • An unwavering commitment to market expansion and a keen understanding of B2B sales dynamics.
  • Ability to work full-time onsite at our Dana Industries location in Etobicoke, ON, Canada.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication and presentation.
  • While a formal education is not strictly required, we value continuous learning and a demonstrated aptitude for strategic sales leadership.
