Job description

To work with an attention to detail and a positive attitude to meet or exceed the needs of our internal and external customers by meeting production goals and ensuring that all quality, compliance, and safety objectives are met. 
To use teamwork, communication, and kindness to support other packaging employees in managing resources responsibly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining a positive environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment.  
  • Ability and willingness to wear PPE as required per position.
  • Know and comply with all department safety policies and procedures. 
  • Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards. 
  • Understand and follow all SOP's for the Packaging Area.  
  • Willingness to perform all activities within Packaging.
  • Ability to perform duties within a Cleanroom or controlled environment.
  • Maintenance of the workspace including cleaning and documentation of cleaning.
  • Documentation of activity as required per procedure on both physical and electronic interface.
  • Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
 Experience:
  • Experience in clean room operations or other medical device manufacturing
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Attention to detail, experience with record keeping 
  • Intermediate Computer skills required.  (use of Office Suite, email, internet browsing)
