Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our multidisciplinary team. The RBT will provide one-on-one behavioral support to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities within the school setting, working under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students to improve behavior, communication, and social skills
• Collect and document data on student progress and behavior
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBA, and related service staff to support students’ educational goals
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed
