Job Description:

The Global Client Group (GCG) is Dimensional's distribution arm, comprising sales channels that target a diverse client set. By putting the client first, we strive to transform the way the world invests, and our solutions are a testament to the value provided to our clients.GCG is responsible for developing new business relationships as well as managing current relationships with our global clients. We take the time to understand clients' evolving needs, identifying where we can add value and collaborating to provide a better investment experience.

Our Insurance Group sits within our Traditional Institutional Group and is responsible for working with Dimensional's strategic insurance clients to expand existing relationships and develop new ones. The team is responsible for driving business to client solutions that include subadvisory, ETFs, variable insurance trusts, fixed index annuity multi-asset indices, and registered index-linked annuity indices. Our Analysts provide relationship management and analytical support to the Sales & Client Service teams in business development and retention activities for our clients. They will gain an understanding of clients' evolving needs, identify where we can add value and collaborate to provide a better investment experience. With proven success, Analysts will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, prospects and intermediaries to develop and expand personal and professional relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day activities of the team's Regional Directors and Senior Associates.

  • Prepare presentation materials to be used in meetings with insurance clients and prospects. Examples of deliverables include introductory presentations, portfolio reviews and follow-up materials.

  • Compile performance data, portfolio commentary and analytical material in preparation for meetings or in response to client inquiries.

  • Provide quality control for the data included in client reports and requests.

  • Facilitate the completion of due diligence requests and client questionnaires.

  • Help maintain CRM database.

  • Build marketing lists for luncheons, investment forums and conferences.

  • Communicate daily with internal groups, including operations, portfolio management, research, legal, compliance and marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Background or strong interest in the Financial Services Industry.

  • 1+ years of work experience in Financial Services or similar field preferred. Asset Management experience a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, team-player

  • Able to work equally well in a team environment and independently.

  • Self-starter who is capable of completing multiple projects within set deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong computer skills (Excel and Word) with the ability to learn programs as needed.

  • Solid quantitative problem-solving skills.

  • SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses (or attainment within the first 8 weeks of hire as a condition of employment).

  • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
