Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist
Location: Dearborn, MI
Job Type: W2 Contract | NO C2C | NO CORP TO CORP
Expected hours per week: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Onsite
Pay Range: $50-$55/hr.
Job Description: We're hiring a Business Intelligence Specialist to develop and support enterprise Power BI reporting solutions that drive data-driven decision making. This role will focus on dashboard development, data modeling, data validation, KPI reporting, Jira and financial data integration, and supporting the evolution of reporting processes from manual data collection to automated analytics solutions.
Ideal candidates will have experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, data reconciliation, dashboard development, testing/UAT, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery environments. Experience supporting executive reporting, PMO metrics, financial reporting, and data quality initiatives is highly preferred.
Skills Required:
Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Analysis, Ad Hoc Reporting, Microsoft Azure, Python, ETL, GCP, Automated Scripting, Data/Analytics dashboards, Jira, Financial Operations, Data Governance
Skills Preferred:
Communications, Software Communications - Other, Data Modeling, Tech Comms standards.
Experience Required:
Specialist Exp: 3+ experience in relevant field
Experience Preferred:
Hands-on Power BI report development, DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, filters, drilldowns, dashboard UX, performance tuning.
