About the Role
Twitch is a globally renowned brand with a dedicated following across the world. Localization is at the heart of our mission to connect creators with their communities on a global scale.
We're looking for a Localization Program Manager to own the operational core of our localization program - vendor coordination, content workflows, quality processes, and launch execution across 29 languages

You'll join a lean team of senior professionals who operate as strategic partners to Product and Engineering and focus on bringing global users a native experience. Strong performers can take on increasing scope over time.
You can work from San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; Seattle, WA.
You Will
- Manage end-to-end localization into 29 languages, including launches that require creative asset localization, terminology building and testing
- Monitor continuous localization operations while identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement.
- Run and evolve localization quality processes: coordinate testing, build LQA workflows and propose improvements based on data


- Monitor and improve translation quality output by developing and maintaining linguistic assets
- Influence upstream content operations for seamless, context-rich translations.
- Build localization metrics reports (turnaround, quality scores, cost per word)
