Entegris is currently seeking anindividualto join ourBusiness Operationsteamat our San Luis Obispo, California location.

TheBusiness Operations Advisor roleis responsible forsupportingcustomers and colleagues withmaterial/documentation and orderstatus. This role will build strong working relationships across the organization, developing partnerships tohelpprovide answers and direction toour customers.Therolewill report directly to theSr. Manager of Business Operations.

WhatYou'llDo

• Responsible forproviding feedbackto customer inquiries via email and phone interactionsrelated toorderstatus.

• Provide quotations,reviewpurchase orders,and provide feedback to customers within 24 hours.

• Responsibleforunderstandingdatemanagementand coordination withthe planningdepartmentexecution of ordersandon-time shipments.

• Generateaccurateand comprehensive documentationsuch as order confirmation, proforma invoices, proof of delivery,etc.

• EnsureKPIsare beingtracked and actioned,andprovide feedbackifobjectivesareat risk.

• Provide customers with necessarydocumentationwhichiscreated by the Engineering and Quality Departments (Installation, Schematicand Piping and Diagram Drawings along with Product Manuals, Specification,Quality Documentation Packages).

• Responsible for updating and uploading information into customer databases.

• Investigate and respond to requests for expediting shipments fromCustomers,Salesand Product Management.

• Foster andmaintainrelationships with internal and external customers. Effectively collaborate with Sales,Planning, Production,Logisticsand other cross-functional areas to ensurecritical customer needs are met.

• Actively engage in proactive communicationswith Product Management, Account Managers, and Customer Enablement teams.

• Understand and adhere to company policies and proceduresto ensure informed decisions are made accordingly.

• Help enhance business processes aimedto improveefficiency andreducetransaction times.

• Any other duties as assigned.

WhatWeSeek

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1year experiencein acustomer-facingrole,or3 years ofrelevant experience

• Strong communicationskills and service-oriented mindset

• Familiarity with SAP preferred orpreviousexperience with other ERPsystems
