Residential Counselor Overview
Join our team as an ABA Counselor, where you'll play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing home-like environment within our residential program. You'll support each student's educational journey by teaching functional living skills, fostering socialization, and enhancing communication abilities. Be part of a nationally recognized leader in quality-driven initiatives and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.
Residential Counselor Schedule and Salary Information
  • Second shift and weekends (three second shift shifts a week and one weekend double. four days worked and three days off)
  • $30-$33 per hour

Residential Counselor Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (Education, Human Services, or Psychology Preferred)
  • Valid US driver's license and minimum age of 21
  • Strong interpersonal and teaching skills
  • Experience with specialized populations preferred
