Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of 3–5 warehouse associates in the Pull Team department.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure contracts are pulled accurately and on schedule.
- Inspect all rental equipment before it leaves the warehouse to ensure it meets Element#39;s quality standards.
- Verify quantities and item accuracy against rental contracts.
- Oversee the cleaning, inspection, and proper repackaging of returned rental inventory before it is returned to stock.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse with clearly labeled and accessible inventory.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members while maintaining accountability and productivity.
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA guidelines to create a safe working environment.
- Monitor inventory condition and report damaged or missing items.
- Work closely with Operations, Logistics, and Sales departments to ensure all events are prepared accurately and on time.
- Assist with inventory organization, warehouse projects, and process improvements.
- Lead by example by working alongside the team during busy periods and large event preparations.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift throughout an entire shift.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Ability to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
