Position Title: Senior Architect - AI Enablement
Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days per week in office
Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and highly technical Senior Architect - AI Enablement to spearhead the integration and scaling of AI capabilities across our enterprise SaaS platforms. Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, this role will be pivotal in driving our strategic technology initiatives, focusing on improving employee experience by launching feature rich applications and SaaS applications. You will be responsible for designing secure, scalable architectures that empower our workforce, enhance the overall employee experience, and ensure seamless adoption of next-generation AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic AI Architecture: Lead the architectural design and technical roadmap for integrating Generative AI and machine learning capabilities into enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Platform Enablement & Evaluation: Drive the technical evaluation, prototyping, and deployment of new AI platforms. Oversee Sandbox environments and practical implementation processes.
  • Security & Risk Mitigation: Architect robust security guardrails for AI integrations. Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with enterprise AI adoption, specifically focusing on data privacy, access controls, and vulnerabilities like Prompt Injection.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering managers, product owners, and external vendor partners to align technical deliverables with quarterly planning.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and architectural best practices.
  • Roadmap Development: Collaborate with EAIT leadership to define and execute robust product roadmaps that align with our Employee Experience technology enhancement goals.

Basic Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise architecture, with at least 3+ years focused on cloud architecture and SaaS integrations.
  • AI/ML Expertise: Proven hands-on experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions within an enterprise environment.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, API-led connectivity, microservices architecture, and enterprise security standards.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience participating in AI readiness programs.
  • Hands-on experience architecting software solutions working with 3P systems.
  • Demonstrated experience handling advanced cloud security challenges, including enterprise log management and AI-specific threat modeling.
  • Strong background in leading technical planning for large-scale employee experience application migrations.
