Job description

Description:Why Edelman?

At Edelman, we believe that "World Class" service starts with "World Class" systems. We aren't just looking for someone to "fix computers"—we are looking for a digital architect to own our infrastructure and drive efficiency. As our Systems Administrator, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our field and office teams have the tools and automation they need to succeed. If you are a proactive problem-solver who loves optimizing Microsoft 365 and ServiceTitan, this is your opportunity to lead our technology strategy.

What You'll Do:
  • Own the Tech Stack: Act as the primary administrator for ServiceTitan and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring 100% system health and security.
  • Drive Automation: Build and maintain smart workflows using Power Automate, SharePoint, and Teams to eliminate manual processes and improve data flow.
  • Empower the Team: Partner with People Operations to provide clear documentation and training, making sure every employee feels confident using our technology.
  • Solve & Support: Handle Level 1 and 2 technical support with a "Solutions Driven" mindset, resolving hardware, software, and network issues for both office and field staff.
  • Manage Assets: Maintain a meticulous inventory of company hardware and mobile devices, ensuring our team is always equipped with reliable, up-to-date tools.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years in systems administration or a similar technical role.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange) and experience managing a field service ERP—ServiceTitan experience is a major plus.
  • Integration Skills: You have a solid understanding of Power Automate (Flow), Azure, and how to bridge data between different software platforms.
  • Mindset: You are Humbly Confident in your technical abilities but always willing to listen to user needs to create better experiences.
  • Communication: You can translate "tech-speak" into plain English, providing a professional and personable experience for the entire team.
Ready to Lead Our Systems?

If you’re ready to take ownership of a growing company's digital landscape and build a system that works as hard as our technicians do, we want to talk to you. Apply today and help us build the future of Edelman.
