IT Business Analyst

As an IT Business Analyst, you'll develop leading-edge applications and systems. Partnering with your team of architects and developers, you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. You Have:

• 5+ years of experience gathering, analyzing, refining, and documenting requirements, including writing features and user stories
• Experience supporting the DoD, including working with cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders
• Experience producing reports, preparing presentations, documenting meeting minutes, and communicating findings to clients
• Experience using Micro sof t Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, Micro sof t Visio, and Agile tools such as Jira
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development practices
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail
• Possession of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• TS/SCI clearance
• Certified Scum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
