Job description
Summary:
- Location: Oakland, CA
- Work Mode: Can work full remote
- Duration: 6 Months Contract
- Preferred local candidates to work onsite 1 day a week in Oakland
- Open to remote candidates
- Must be able to work PST
- Design and implement OpenText xECM infrastructure on AWS using IaC (EKS Fargate, RDS, S3, VPC, Load Balancers).
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy for automated xECM deployment.
- Containerize OpenText Content Server and related components using Docker.
- Manage container registry operations and image lifecycle (ECR, OpenText registry).
- Implement auto-scaling, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions for xECM on AWS.
- Install, configure, and maintain OpenText Extended ECM for SAP (xECM) components.
- Administer Documentum Content Server, D2, and related applications.
- Configure Documentum repositories, workflows, and business object models.
- Perform Documentum version upgrades and patch management.
- Configure SAP S/4HANA ArchiveLink interface for document management integration.
- Write and maintain Terraform modules for xECM infrastructure components.
- Build automated deployment pipelines for xECM components.
- Implement configuration management and secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager, Parameter Store).
- Create monitoring and alerting solutions (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
- 7 years of overall IT experience.
- 5 years in enterprise content management systems.
- 3 years in cloud infrastructure and DevOps.
- 3 years in SAP integration projects.
- Strong DevOps experience and cloud formation.
- Experience with AWS, Documentum, and SAP integration.
- Technical skills in xECM/Documentum, SAP, AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, and Containers.
- Linux system administration and scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
- Database administration (PostgreSQL) and SSL/TLS certificates and security.
- Experience with SAP Fiori apps for document management.
- Knowledge of OpenText Archive Server and Records Management.
- Understanding of compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Experience with OpenText API integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and SAP Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Blue/Green or Canary deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
- Collaboration with global teams across time zones.
