Job description

At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a passionate Training and LMS Coordinator to coordinate all aspects of staff training and compliance while managing the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS), currently Relias or any other future platform adopted by the organization.

 Your Role in Our Mission

The coordinator ensures that every team member receives timely, accessible, and compliant learning opportunities. This role combines administrative excellence, data integrity, and customer service to strengthen workforce development and support ongoing quality improvement across the agency.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.

Skills: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training coordination, HR support, or learning administration.

Proficiency with Relias or similar or technically savvy.

Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
