Job Description

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry seeking a motivatedProcurement Representativetoassistour OES Specialties division(Division 10, 11 and 12). They will supportprocurement and project delivery activities by coordinating supplier research, purchase order processing, order tracking, and documentation workflows. They will produce procurement documentation such asproduct data, leadtimesand order confirmations to support stakeholder requirements.

The Procurement Representative will alsomonitordelivery status, verify received items, and support resolution of procurement issues. They willmaintainprocurement records and support basic financial tracking to ensure data accuracy andtimelyreporting. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research suppliers and support sourcing of goods and services to meet project and operational requirements.

  • Prepare and coordinate product data and related documentation in alignment with project needs.

  • Create and process detailed purchase orders and reviews order acknowledgements tovalidatequantities, pricing, and delivery terms.

  • Place and track orders, confirm estimated delivery dates, and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders.

  • Verify delivered items and support resolution of discrepancies related to receiving, quality, or documentation.

  • Create submittals and review Acknowledged Orders.

  • Partner with estimating and project stakeholders to develop pricing, prepare material proposals, and support competitive bid responses for procurement scopes.

  • Work with our Estimator to gather pricing on large projects.

  • Support tracking and reconciliation of procurement documentation and basic financial data tomaintainaccuraterecords.

  • Collect, track, and correct division finances.

Education and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement support,purchasing, construction operations support, or a related functionrequired.

  • Experience preparing procurement documentation (fore.g.product data, purchase orders, and order acknowledgements)required.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel,required.

  • Experience using document management or markup tools (for e.g., Bluebeam) preferred.

  • Knowledge of supply chain management specific to construction preferred.

  • Construction supplies/equipment experience as well as Division 10 specific experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds if needed.

  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and travel as needed.
