    OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industryseekinga highly skilled, detail-orientedMarketing Specialistto help build brand awareness and developcompellingcollateral that supports organizational goals. The ideal candidate will exemplifythe companies'unifyingfour core values (Integrity, Uniqueness, Enjoyment, and EverForward).

    The MarketingSpecialistis expected to collaborate with and coordinate the execution of marketing contentandwill develop sales materials associated with projects, including but not limited to qualifications packages, boilerplate materials, and Presentations.Additionalefforts will includedeveloping project information pages,maintainingthe CRM system, managing townhalls, making sure all materials align with company-wide branding and templates will be essential, as well as a proven ability to build effective relationships within and across teams.Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage the projectmarketingqualification andproductionprocessincluding:

    • Clearly communicatingthe information,deliverablesand content needed from the team, including associated deadlines.
    • Collectingproject-specific information, developingboilerplatecontent.
    • Integratingtechnical responses to ensure consistent messaging and visuals
    • Work with teams from different departments to coordinatenew serviceefforts.

    • Coordinate and developinternal and externalcontent that helps tobuild a consistent and positive brand imagesupportingkey messages and businessobjectives.

    • Develop projector service linespecific stories and content that illustrateourtechnicalexpertiseand leadership.

    • Maintain and update project information in the CRM system and ensure consistency throughout all materials.

    • Ensurethe integrity and consistency of corporate identity standards in all materialsproduced.

    • Support special projectsrelated to function and skillsetson anas-neededbasis.

    Required Skills and Abilities

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Flexible and detail-oriented team player.

    • Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment.

    • Strong writing, editing and graphic design/layout skills.

    • Proficiencywith Adobe Creative Suite (InDesignandPhotoshop), Word,andPowerPoint.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphicdesign,or related field preferred.

    • 3+ years ofstrongproposalwritingand productionexperience inA/E/C industrypreferred.

    • Available for minimal travel.
