Job description

What You\'ll Do & Impact

Develop integrated workforce, organizational, leadership, and talent plans that translate business strategy into measurable outcomes. Partner with senior and executive leaders to shape organizational and work design that integrates people, AI, and technology to improve business performance. Lead design and delivery of strategic talent plans by aligning priorities and partnering across HR, Technology, and business leaders to achieve intended business and talent outcomes. Bring a clear point of view and practical recommendations that strengthen business, leadership, and organizational decisions. Build leadership capability and organizational effectiveness by equipping leaders with the insights, tools, and practices needed to deliver business results. Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change initiatives that improve productivity, accelerate adoption, and prepare the business for future growth. Use workforce insights, business data, AI capabilities, and external trends to evaluate progress, adapt plans, and improve business performance. Partner with business leaders to define, measure, and achieve business and talent outcomes. Help evolve the HR Business Partner function by simplifying work, integrating human + agent capabilities, increasing leader and Partner self-service, and continuously improving how HR delivers value.

What You\'ll Bring

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Technology, or a related field.

Proven success translating business strategy into leadership, talent, workforce, and organizational plans that deliver measurable business and talent outcomes.

Strong business acumen and judgment, with the ability to anticipate business needs, assess workforce and organizational implications, and develop practical recommendations that improve business performance.

Ability to independently assess complex business challenges, bring a clear point of view, and influence executive leaders to make better business, workforce, and organizational decisions.

Experience shaping workforce, talent, leadership, and organizational strategies that improve business performance and prepare the organization for what\'s next.

Demonstrated success redesigning work, integrating people, AI, and technology, and leading organizational change that improves productivity and business performance.

Strong influence and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build alignment, navigate ambiguity, and move complex work forward.

Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuously learning and applying emerging technologies to improve how work gets done.
