  • Identify and report fluid leaks, damages, discrepancies, and unusual conditions to supervisors.
  • Plastic wrap keys, baby car seats, and other designated items for protection during shipment.
  • Wash customer vehicles prior to pickup and remove all shipping-related coverings, stickers, and markings.
  • Mount and remove license plates as required.
  • Change or replace flat tires when necessary.
  • Safely drive, stage, park, and move vehicles throughout the Vehicle Processing Center (VPC).
  • Load and unload shipping containers while maintaining safety standards.
  • Maintain inspection and staging areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
  • Conduct final inspections and jointly review vehicle condition with customers during pickup.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and explain documented damages and inspection findings clearly and professionally.
  • Support supervisors and Site Assistant Project Managers by recommending established methods and practices that improve repair coordination and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with all operational, safety, and contractual requirements.
  • Successfully attain and maintain an acceptable score on the Global VPC Exam annually.
