Job Title: Vice President

Overview
Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. seeks a Vice President in New York, NY to originate and execute mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions, with a sector focus on Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging, and Leisure. Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience performing financial modeling and analysis, executing deals and transactions, and preparing presentation materials within real estate, construction and related sub-sectors; building comprehensive models and pro forma financial statements to evaluate and execute financings; preparing marketing materials and transaction documents, including rating presentations, financial models, confidential information memoranda, pitch books, company profiles, and industry overviews; engaging with institutional investors and company leadership to communicate financial performance, strategic initiatives, and market positioning; interpreting credit scorecards, leveraging metrics, and analyzing sector-specific risk factors; building and interpreting models that assess debt capacity, pro forma capitalization and covenants; and participating in internal discussions with credit committees and external communications with rating agencies. Salary range: $275,000.00 - $328,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
