What will your typical day look like?

As a practitioner within Deloitte’s Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) practice, you will be part of a collaborative, high-performing team focused on enabling technology-driven business transformation. Your work will contribute to complex, high-impact initiatives that support clients and advance the practice, with opportunities to grow your leadership, influence, and areas of specialization over time.

In this role, you will play a key part in leading engagement teams and working closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology environments. You will conduct in-depth analyses of client data, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for modernization, efficiency, and innovation. Through facilitating strategic discussions with client stakeholders and Deloitte leadership, you will translate complex business requirements into actionable, pragmatic technology strategies. By leveraging emerging technology trends such as cloud adoption, digital transformation, and advanced analytics, you will help clients navigate change and stay competitive in an evolving landscape.

You will guide team members in developing high-quality deliverables, including executive-level presentations and detailed reports, ensuring recommendations are data-driven, practical, and aligned with industry best practices. Beyond client delivery, you will contribute to practice development initiatives, mentor junior colleagues, support business development efforts, and help shape the team’s culture. This role offers opportunities to deepen industry expertise, specialize in areas of interest, and continue developing both technical and leadership capabilities.

The Ottawa based TS&T team works closely with federal departments on enterprise-level initiatives spanning technology modernization, governance, and service delivery transformation. This role is well-suited for individuals who understand the realities of the public sector --including policy considerations, stakeholder coordination, and governance -- and are motivated to drive tangible outcomes through structured, delivery-focused work. While the Ottawa team is primarily focused on public sector advisory, there are opportunities to grow and explore other areas across the broader TS&T practice.

Across TS&T, teams work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with senior leaders to maximize value from IT investments, improve organizational performance, and enable more agile and productive organizations. The practice brings together diverse, forward-thinking professionals with deep industry expertise and technical acumen, supported by a culture of mentorship, innovation, and continuous learning. Every day, you will collaborate with an inclusive team that values growth, excellence, and making a meaningful impact for clients and the future of technology consulting at Deloitte.

We are looking to grow our Ottawa‑based team with individuals who bring public sector experience or are seeking a new challenge at the intersection of policy, technology, and transformation.
