Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs through virtual consultations, establishing rapport and trust.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and evidence-based practices.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions via video chat, ensuring sessions are ethical, confidential, and supportive.
• Facilitate skill-building sessions to help clients develop coping strategies, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication techniques.
• Utilize our user-friendly digital counseling platform to document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, minimizing administrative burdens.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid state license, including but not limited to: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, crucial for effective virtual counseling.

Compensation and Benefits

Daybreak Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members, as well as weekly direct deposits for convenience. Counselors can benefit from comprehensive insurance plans that include health, dental, and vision coverage. Moreover, we ensure that our onboarding process is efficient, allowing new hires to integrate into the team in as little as three days.
