Community Manager (M/W/D)
Deine Aufgaben:
  • Operative Verantwortung des Standortes
  • Fachliche Führung des Center Teams im Tagesgeschäft
  • Sicherstellung des Center Standards
  • Minimierung der Außenstände und Erschließung von potentiellen Zusatzgeschäften bzw. -dienstleistungen
  • Kundenbetreuung und Sicherstellen eines erstklassigen Service sowie einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Kundenbeschwerdehandling bzw. bei schwerwiegenden Problemen Eskalation zum zuständigen Manager
  • Organisation/ Koordination von Veranstaltungen und Community Events
  • Zuständigkeit für alle operativen und administrativen Kunden- und Center-Belange
  • Bearbeitung der täglichen Kundenanfragen
  • Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, den Lieferanten sowie den internen Abteilungen

Dein Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes äußeres Erscheinungsbild
  • Eine zuverlässige, organisationsstarke und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Kundenarbeit und Flexibilität
  • Spaß daran im Team zu arbeiten
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und serviceorientiertes Handeln
