About the Role:
Join D1 Training - Merrillville as a General Manager and lead a passionate team dedicated to transforming athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike. This exciting opportunity allows you to drive business growth while fostering a positive training environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to achieve profitability targets.
  • Maintain facility standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and the community to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Organize events and workshops to promote engagement and community involvement.
  • Utilize data analytics to track progress and improve service offerings.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in management within the fitness or sports industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and staff.
  • Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
