YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As our full-time or part-time 3rd Shift Residential Counselor, your day begins with ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents during the overnight hours. With your compassionate approach, you assist them with nighttime routines, creating a nurturing environment where they can thrive. As challenges arise, you respond with professionalism and care, documenting each interaction with meticulous detail. Collaborating seamlessly with your fellow team members, you play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their fullest potential in every aspect of their lives-whether it's personal hygiene, cooking, making friends, or enjoying recreational activities. Every night brings new opportunities to make a difference, and with each passing shift, you become an integral part of the Crystal Springs family!

The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday for full-time candidates.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 18+ years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Capable of remaining awake during an overnight shift to ensure the safety and well-being of students
• Able to work holidays and weekend shifts as required
• Able to perform activities of daily living
• Able to perform physical interventions as necessary to provide the safest environment for our students
• A mandatory 1 week of training is required with a schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

1 year of caregiving experience is preferred! A high school degree or equivalent is also a bonus! Meet the qualifications listed above?
