Our Customer Experience (CX) Operations team manages post-sales programs that drive onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer success. From communications to reporting and tooling leveraging AI's full power, we deliver the infrastructure and programs that help Cribl customers thrive and internal teams stay productive.
We're looking for a curious, organized, and driven individual who's excited to execute operations to support the customer journey. This is a hybrid role with in-office time at Cribl HQ in San Francisco on average once per week.
What Success Looks like for this role:
- Demonstrated ability and aptitude to quickly learn the job requirements, adapt to changes, function well in a team environment, able to collaborate cross functionally, and meaningfully contribute to operational success.ย
- Bonus points for the candidate who can not only deliver based on instructions, but also bring their curiosity, enthusiasm and fresh set of eyes to introduce new ideas for process improvements.ย
- With coaching and guidance, you are able to independently own a program management and operate a workstream within CX Operations or related functions with accuracy, accountability and timeliness.
As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will...
- Own Professional Service Operations to support and drive successful customer engagements
- Execute Post Sales Customer Communication Programs using Gainsight as Cribl's Customer Success platform
- Support related Customer Experience Programs and Operations at a fast paced technology company, and be exposed to related opportunities at Cribl
- Develop and apply AI tools for increased automation and efficiency
- We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours
If You've Got It - We Want It
- A BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university, ideally in technology, data science, or a related field with Computer Science
- Recent graduate or early in career with 2-3 years of experience in Customer Operations or related fields
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset-you're comfortable engaging with others and keeping things organized
- Prior internship or campus experience in tech, operations, customer support, or program coordination preferred but not required
- Proven time management skills; you've juggled deadlines, group projects, or leadership roles
- Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Solid problem-solving instincts and attention to detail
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, and other communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, etc.ย
- Preferably located in the San Francisco Bay Area and is able to commute to Cribl's SF HQ office once per week
