Summary:The Director, Product Management for Revenue Technology and Growth owns the buildout and ongoing evolution of the platforms that power Cosm's marketing, growth, and revenue operations. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, marketing technology, business intelligence, and our venues business - serving as the primary product partner for Marketing, Finance, and Venue Operations, and translating their needs into durable platform capabilities that drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across Cosm's expanding venue footprint. They lead a small squad, direct the growth-side product roadmap end-to-end, and are accountable for the accuracy and strategic value of the dashboards and data infrastructure the business relies on to make decisions. This is a builder role: the right candidate brings deep hands-on experience building technology platforms and reporting systems at the heart of a business - and thrives in an environment where the platform is always being improved.
Responsibilities:Revenue Technology Platform
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Cosm's CRM and lifecycle marketing infrastructure, including tooling decisions, data contracts, and integration with ticketing and venue systems (Braze or equivalent) - serving as the primary product partner for the Marketing team and translating their acquisition, retention, and campaign needs into shipped platform capabilities
- Own the customer data platform layer - defining how customer profiles are constructed, enriched, and segmented across venues, events, and digital touchpoints, and ensuring Marketing has reliable, actionable audience infrastructure to work from
- Drive the buildout of acquisition surfaces, including campaign landing pages, SEO-optimized discovery experiences, referral mechanics, and partner distribution integrations - working with Marketing and Engineering to ship high-quality, measurable touchpoints
- Define and maintain the product requirements for marketing automation workflows: triggered messaging, behavioral targeting, loyalty mechanics, and re-engagement flows
- Partner with Marketing leadership to translate campaign strategy and audience goals into platform capabilities with clear timelines, measurable outcomes, and minimal operational dependency on Engineering for day-to-day execution
Business Intelligence & Dashboard Ownership
- Own the integrity, accuracy, and evolution of Cosm's marketing performance and business dashboards - ensuring they reflect the right KPIs, are trusted by stakeholders, and scale with the business
- Define and govern the metrics framework for marketing and growth: establish what we measure, how we measure it, and ensure consistent definitions across Marketing, Finance, and executive reporting
- Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics to build and maintain dashboards that track funnel performance, campaign ROI, audience health, venue-level revenue drivers, and customer acquisition metrics
- Serve as the product-side owner for data quality across marketing systems - proactively identifying gaps, attribution blind spots, or stale metrics and driving resolution across engineering and analytics teams
- Establish and maintain experimentation frameworks (A/B, multivariate) that measure conversion and engagement at each funnel stage and feed learnings back into platform prioritization.
- Report marketing product progress to the VP, Product Management, and executive stakeholders with clear, data-backed narratives on business impact
Growth & Conversion
- Drive conversion optimization strategy across the digital purchase funnel from event discovery through checkout completion, in partnership with Finance, Sales, and product managers who execute individual product changes
- Identify revenue-per-visitor improvements through pricing presentation, upsell placement, urgency mechanics, and checkout friction reduction
- Prioritize growth levers across organic, paid, referral, and partner channels - translating them into product and marketing requirements with measurable KPIs
- Partner with Revenue Management to translate pricing strategy, demand forecasting needs, and inventory optimization goals into product requirements. Engineering can execute against
Revenue Technology & ERP Integration
- Own the product intake and prioritization process for Finance and Revenue Management - maintaining a shared backlog, running consistent meeting cadences, and providing clear timelines and trade-off rationale for every request
- Support ERP integration work across venue and finance operations, coordinating between Finance, Venue GMs, and Engineering to ensure implementations are accurate and operationally sound
- Identify opportunities to automate or streamline revenue operations workflows through tooling, system integration, and data pipeline improvements
Experience:- 7+ years in product management with a focus on marketing technology, growth, or revenue platforms; 3+ years in a senior or director-level role.
- Demonstrated experience owning and building out marketing technology infrastructure - including CRM, lifecycle marketing, CDP, and acquisition surfaces - not just managing vendors or coordinating requests
- Track record of serving as a true product partner to Marketing teams: translating campaign and audience strategy into durable platform capabilities that reduce Engineering dependency over time
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Braze, Segment, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or equivalent CRM/CDP tooling
- Experience owning or governing business intelligence infrastructure - including dashboard accountability, marketing attribution, and metrics governance - not just consuming analytics outputs
- Proven ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities across Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Venue Operations
- Experience driving development execution alongside Program and Engineering teams with a track record of delivering on time
- Familiarity with digital ticketing systems, dynamic pricing, and discount/promo tooling
- Experience establishing experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate), focused on conversion and engagement outcomes
- Background in sports, entertainment, hospitality, travel, or venue-based businesses preferred
- Strong analytical foundation - comfortable defining metric logic, writing data requirements, and partnering with data engineers to build reliable marketing reporting infrastructure
- Proficiency with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Grafana, or equivalent) and ability to evaluate dashboard quality and coverage critically
- Proficiency with AI-powered productivity tools and a demonstrated interest in applying AI to streamline marketing operations and product management workflows
- Strong executive presence with the ability to lead cross-functional meetings confidently and represent product strategy, progress, and trade-offs to senior leadership and C-Suite stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinker who can balance short-term campaign and revenue needs with long-term marketing platform scalability
