Location: Tulsa, OKÂ
Salary: $85K-$110K Â Base + Bonus (salary depends on experience)Â
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to oversee and manage concrete construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee concrete projects from beginning to end, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are adhered to.
- Develop project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Manage project team and resources, providing leadership and guidance throughout the project life cycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the concrete construction industry.
- Experience with some combination of the following: Â cast-in-place, tilt-wall, architectural concrete, mass concrete, site concrete flatworkÂ
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
