Compass Group is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with the University of Kentucky (UK), launching July 1, 2026 - and we're looking for talented individuals to help bring this innovative, integrated services model to life through Compass Athletics.

This long-term collaboration reflects a bold vision to align and strengthen services across UK's campus, healthcare system, and athletics programs. By bringing together foodservice, hospitality, facilities management, healthcare support, and athletics operations, we are building a more connected and dynamic environment that enhances the experience for students, staff, student-athletes, patients, fans, and the broader community.

Lead concessions operations with a focus on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. As the Director of Concessions, you will oversee concession operations, staffing, inventory, and service execution across the venue.
 
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of concessions or hospitality leadership experience
  • Experience managing high-volume operations
  • Knowledge of inventory, labor, and financial management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience with food safety compliance

  • Oversee concessions operations and staffing
  • Manage operational and financial performance
  • Ensure guest satisfaction standards are maintained
