The posted compensation range of $23.11 - $34.38 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be a cornerstone of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction. Every day, you will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient well-being. To be successful in this role, you will possess a dedicated spirit of service, strong communication skills, a meticulous approach to patient support, and an unwavering commitment to our mission of dignified, high-quality healthcare.

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with treatment plans, as directed by the RN or Therapist.
  • Demonstrates utilization of proper body mechanics for self and patient.
  • Demonstrates utilization of proper infection control standards and practices.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicates clearly and appropriately to the appropriate health care team member.
  • Complies with the organization's standards of care and Oregon Nursing Practice Act.

Required

  • High School Graduate General Studies or
  • High School GED General Studies
  • Current Oregon State Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Current AHA Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire
