Job Summary:

Strength & Conditioning Coach coordinates the athletic department's strength training and conditioning programs. Primarily responsible for set up and monitoring of the athletic teams training and conditioning, under the rules and regulations of the NCAA.

Job Description:

  • Design, implement, conduct, and monitor strength and conditioning for athletic programs.
  • Educate student-athletes about nutrition and supplementation.
  • Coordinate student-athlete rehabilitation of injured athletes.
  • Assist with scheduling of facility and identifying and purchasing equipment
  • Maintain and update records
  • Monitor and evaluate strength and conditioning practicum students
