Job description

Hospitalist  – Flowers Hospital – Dothan, AL

Flowers Hospital is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join its established Hospitalist team in Dothan, Alabama. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, physician-focused environment with strong specialty support and ultimate scheduling flexibility.

At Flowers Hospital, you'll be part of Community Health Systems (CHS), a national network of regional hospitals dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care close to home!

Position Highlights
  • Pure Flexibility:Full-time, Part-time, and PRN shifts available

  • Competitive Pay: $160/hour for day shifts. 

  • Clinical Environment: Stable and collaborative team with a 32-bed Open ICU.

  • Procedures: Optional, based entirely on your personal comfort level.

Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM).

  • Eligible for or currently hold an active Alabama medical license.
