SALAIRE : 20,86$ HORAIRE / HEURES : 6h00 à 14h30, du lundi au vendredi DATE DE DÉBUT : Dès maintenant Responsabilités liées au poste
- Assister le chef dans la préparation du menu quotidien et la préparation des traiteurs
- Cuisiner et préparer divers aliments en suivant les directives de production et les recettes standardisées
- Expérience en préparation de traiteur
- Cuisiner les repas pour la table chaude
- Installer le poste de travail avec tous les ingrédients et l’équipement requis.
- Suivre le bon fonctionnement de la production et vérifier la qualité des produits
- S’assurer de la bonne qualité de la production des repas afin de répondre aux exigences de la clientèle
- Optimiser les coûts des denrées et de main-d’œuvre
- Participer au contrôle et à la prise d’inventaire
- S’assurer de l’application et contrôle de l'application des normes et règles d'hygiène et de sécurité
- Participer à l’entretien de la cuisine
- Être capable de répondre aux besoins des opérations
Qualification
- Avoir 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un service alimentaire ou restauration
- Être capable de travailler en équipe
- Être capable de supporter la pression
