Job description
Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion, act as an IPTL of multi-disciplinary engineers on projects in technical manufacturing and administrative areas. Manage a cross functional test team including electrical, software, mechanical, etc. Oversee and coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines. Coordinate with program leadership, finance, and planning to execute Earned Value Management (EVM). Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding to optimize performance and increase efficiency of work. Facilitate project tasks with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives. Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract. Effectively communicate the TEE performance results to executive and/or functional leadership, program leadership, and customers.
